PRENATAL MASSAGE

A prenatal massage is carefully tailored to the expectant mother. The body undergoes incredible changes during this special time and with those changes comes postural shifts and stress on the body. This session focuses on easing discomfort related to the body changes associated with pregnancy through the art of massage.
Client must be past the 1st trimester.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
A deep tissue massage is a combination of classic and advanced massage techniques applied with slow, deep pressure on your target areas to relieve chronic pain and tension, improve overall health, aid in injury rehabilitation and increase mobility. Deep pressure will be tailored to the client's individual needs.

RAINDROP MASSAGE
The raindrop massage is a combination of essential oils being applied to the back in a specific sequence along the spine followed with a swedish massage. Raindrop massage can help to relieve stress, improve immune function, reduce pain, reduce inflammation, improve circulation and realign your energy centers.

HOT STONE MASSAGE
Hot stone massage is an alternate form of medicinal bodywork involving the movement of heated stones on the body to provide pain relief, relaxation and proper blood flow. Hot stone massage is combined with swedish massage to deliver a warm and rejuvenating treatment that melts your stress away, leaving you feeling more energetic and with relaxed muscles.

REIKI MASSAGE
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is part of The Usui System of Natural Healing, a Japanese healing art. Reiki has become well known in the west as a way to help reduce stress, manage physical and emotional discomforts, increase mental clarity and enhance overall wellbeing.
This session includes a swedish massage and reiki.

CUPPING MASSAGE
During your session, suction cups will be used to stimulate your skin and muscles promoting increased blood circulation, improved flexibility and enhanced range of motion. It acts as a deep tissue massage providing special attention to problem areas to reduce your overall pain.

Hi, I'm Julie! My approach to massage therapy is to provide a calming and safe environment where clients are encouraged to re-connect to their body and energy. With each session my hopes are that my clients are able to find relief from pain, disconnect from the stresses of everyday life, and leave my space feeling a sense of peace and wellbeing.

I'm currently licensed to practice massage in Illinois (License# 227.022339), Missouri (License# 2021039712) and Texas (License# MT129021). I'm also a certified Holistic Wellness Professional (NBC-HWC # A3815052) and I hope to expand my practice to include wellness coaching in the near future.
